Dr. Nakul Gupta, MD
MD, General Medicine · Gupta Hospital, Hisar
I run Gupta Hospital in Hisar, where I see patients every week across general medicine and de-addiction care. This site exists because most health content online is written by people who have never sat across a desk from a patient — and it shows, in the vague hedging and the missing judgment calls that only come from actually practicing.
My clinical focus is de-addiction medicine — the physiology of withdrawal, the medical supervision it requires, and the long process of recovery that follows. That experience shapes the Quiet Mind pillar of this site directly. The other two pillars, Health, Explained and Fuel & Move, draw on general medicine and what I actually recommend to patients in clinic — not generic wellness advice.
Every article on this site is written or medically reviewed by me. Where an article discusses something outside general education — a specific diagnosis, a medication decision, a personal treatment plan — it says so, and points you back to seeing a doctor directly. Nothing here is a substitute for that.
